To me it is entirely logical to cast a (very) critical eye on the actions and judgements of judges, not least senior UK judges.
If law (including Public International Law, European Union Law and UK domestic Law) is important to UKExit ... and it is ... then it is all the more important to attempt to improve the quality of judges who make the decisions that affect (and sometimes harm) the lives of millions.
My concerns about judges, particularly senior UK judges, can be summarised by the term "cancerous", since there are five big C's that seem to me to cover the problems discernible in the behaviour and judgements of the United Kingdom's senior judiciary:
- Careless
- Clueless
- Corrupt
- Cowardly
- Criminal
